Azure spending - Get all subscription usage records for customer

サブスクリプションの月単位の Azure リソース使用状況レコードを取得します。

GET https://api.partnercenter.microsoft.com/v1/customers/{customer_id}/subscriptions/{subscription_id}/usagerecords/resources
