Initializes a new instance of the DuplexChannelFactory<TChannel> class with the specified instance context, binding, and remote address.

callbackInstance
Type: System.ServiceModel.InstanceContext
The InstanceContext that the client uses to listen for messages from the connected service.

binding
Type: System.ServiceModel.Channels.Binding
The Binding used to connect to the service by channels produced by the factory.

remoteAddress
Type: System.String
The remote address that provides the location of the service.

Exception	Condition
ArgumentNullException	callbackInstance, binding, or remoteAddress is nulla null reference (Nothing in Visual Basic).
