Parameters
- buffer
Type: array<System.Char[]
The character array to read data from.
- index
Type: System.Int32
The index at which to begin reading from buffer.
- count
Type: System.Int32
The maximum number of characters to write.

ArgumentOutOfRangeException | index or count is negative. |
ArgumentException | (index + count)> buffer. Length. |

Remarks
This method overrides TextWriter.Write.
This method writes count characters of data to this StringWriter from buffer, starting at position index.
