Frequent Tasks and Community Links

This section of the Windows SBS Console Home page displays the list of tasks that you perform most frequently on your server and a list of community links that you can use as an information resource.
Frequent tasks

Add a new user account |
Starts the Add a New User Account Wizard to help you add a new user account to the network. |
Add a new group |
Starts the Add a New Group Wizard that you can use to add a new group to the network. |
Add a new shared folder |
Starts the Provision a Shared Folder Wizard that you can use to add a shared folder to the network. |
Add a new report |
Opens the New Report Properties dialog box that you can use to create a new report. |
Open the Welcome Center in the Windows SBS 2008 Help. |
Opens the Welcome Center in the Help, where you can find links to the Windows SBS 2008 technical library and other resources. |
Configure server backup |
Starts the Configure Server Backup Wizard. |
Go to Updates |
Opens the Updates tab in the Windows SBS Console. |
Go to Computers |
Opens the Computers tab in the Windows SBS Console. |
