Allow members of the Anonymous Logon group to be members of the Everyone group on a local computer

To allow members of the Anonymous Logon group to be members of the Everyone group on a local computer

Open Local Security Settings.
In the console tree, double-click Local Policies, and then click Security Options.
In the details pane, right-click Network access: Let Everyone permissions apply to anonymous users, and then click Properties.
On the Local Security Settings tab, click Enabled.

Notes

To perform this procedure, you must be a member of the Administrators group on the local computer, or you must have been delegated the appropriate authority. If the computer is joined to a domain, members of the Domain Admins group might be able to perform this procedure. As a security best practice, consider using Run as to perform this procedure.
To open Local Security Settings, click Start, point to All Programs, point to Administrative Tools, and then click Local Security Policy.
By default, the inclusion of the Everyone security group in the anonymous user access token is disabled.
