VARIANT_TRUE (true)
Toolbar is shown.
VARIANT_FALSE (false)
Toolbar is hidden.
Remarks
The WebBrowser object ignores this event.
When using scripting in an HTML page, this event corresponds to the ToolBar property passed in the window.open method.
