In Windows Embedded Compact, you can implement functionality that converts data from applications into page description language (PDL) formats for controlling printing devices connected to a Windows Embedded Compact powered device.

Sysgen Variables
The following table describes the SYSGEN variables that you can set to add support for printer drivers to your OS.
Tip
To view other Sysgen variables that a Sysgen variable depends on, right-click a Sysgen variable in the Catalog window, and then click Show Dependencies.
