This method gets the value of the VerticalOffset property, which indicates how far the content was scrolled vertically.

Syntax

pValue
[out] Pointer to the value of the VerticalOffset property, which indicates how far the content was scrolled vertically.

Returns an HRESULT that indicates whether or not the method succeeded.
