RIL_StartDTMF (Compact 2013)

This function sends a continuous DTMF tone on the voice channel of an active call. To stop the tone call RIL_StopDTMF.
Syntax

Parameters
- [in] hRil
A handle to a RIL instance.
- [in] ch
A single alphanumeric char representing the DTMF tone to be sent. Any character in this set is valid: "0123456789 ABCD*#".
Return Value
Positive HRESULT values indicate success and are used as command identifications for matching the asynchronous call result. Negative HRESULT values indicate an error. Errors are defined in the Ril.h file.
An asynchronous result of RIL_RESULT_OK indicates success. The lpData notification parameter is set to NULL.
Remarks
The RIL proxy translates this function into IOCTL_RIL_STARTDTMF when the RIL proxy calls RIL_IOControl.
