Imaging Codec Test (Windows Embedded CE 6.0)

The Imaging Codec Test analyzes correct functionality of user-developed imaging codecs. It includes tests for both encoders and decoders, and can be configured to support any image type available. It also includes tests that measure the performance of a user-developed encoder or decoder so that the performance can be compared to the built-in imaging codecs.
