This method removes a delegate from the Loaded event for this framework element.
Syntax

Parameters
- pDelegate
[in] Pointer to the IXRDelegate<ArgType> object that was passed into IXRFrameworkElement::AddLoadedEventHandler that you want to remove from the Loaded event.

Returns an HRESULT that indicates success or failure.
