This structure defines the state of the radio equipment.

Members
- cbSize
Size of the structure, in bytes.
- dwParams
Indicates which members of the structure contain valid data. Must be one or a combination of the RILEQUIPMENTSTATE Parameter Constants.
- dwRadioSupport
State of the radio power. Must be one of the Driver-defined Radio ON/OFF State Constants.
- dwEqState
Any combination of Equipment State Constants bits that specify whether transmit or receive functionality is enabled.
dwReadyState
Features that are currently ready on the phone. The following table shows the possible values.Constant

The radio is initialized.
RIL_READYSTATE_SIM

Subscriber Identity Module (SIM) functionality is ready.
RIL_READYSTATE_SMS
0x00000004
Short Message Service (SMS) functionality is ready.
RIL_READYSTATE_UNLOCKED
0x00000008
The SIM is unlocked, if applicable.
RIL_READYSTATE_SIM_PB
0x00000010
The SIM phonebook has been fully copied to volatile memory and is ready to access.
RIL_READYSTATE_EMERGENCY
0x00000020
Emergency functionality is available.
