Core OS Services (Windows Embedded CE 6.0)

The core OS services consist of the Windows Embedded CE kernel and other features that are common to all Windows Embedded CE OS designs. Core OS services enable low-level tasks, such as process, thread, and memory management. Basic device drivers are also part of the Windows Embedded CE core OS services.
