ResourceMarkAsShareable (Compact 2013)

This function allows resource ranges to be programmatically designated as shareable.
Syntax
BOOL ResourceMarkAsShareable(
DWORD dwResId,
DWORD dwId,
DWORD dwLen,
BOOL fShareable
);
Parameters
dwResId
[in] Resource identifier, which is a label for a set of numbers. The following table shows the existing resource identifiers and their values, which are defined in Resmgr.h.Resource identifier

Although some resource identifiers are for your use, values below RESMGR_BASE_OEM are reserved. Values greater than RESMGR_MAX_OEM are reserved. The following table shows the resource identifiers that you can use and their values, which are defined in Resmgr.h.

- dwId
[in] Identifer of the resource to share.
- dwLen
[in] Number of resources to share.
- fShareable
[in] Set to TRUE to mark the resource as shareable, set to FALSE to mark the resource as non-shareable.
Return Value
Returns TRUE if successful, otherwise returns FALSE.
Remarks
Before Windows CE 5.0, you were able to define shared resource ranges in the registry, such as IRQs and I/O space.
