This method notifies clients when a Target Control service on the device requests that a new command be run on the device.
Syntax

int nMaxCmdSize,
BSTR* pbstrCommand
);
Parameters
- nMaxCmdSize
[in] Maximum size allowed for a Target Control command to be run on the device.
- pbstrCommand
[out, retval] Command to run on the device.
Return Value
