Property Management Helper Functions
Windows Movie Maker provides the following helper functions to create new property objects and collections.

| CreateTransformProperties | Creates a new ITransformProperties property collection object. |
| CreateTransformProperty | Creates a new property object with no values assigned to it. |
| CreateTransformPropertyByName | Creates a new property object with a name and an initial value. |
