AffectedMetricCollection class

| GetItem | Returns a metric reference from the AffectedMetricCollection. |
Remarks
An AffectedMetricCollection object holds data from element Issue/AffectedMetrics.
A metric reference is the value of an Issue/AffectedMetrics/MetricReference element.
