IOperationalDataManagement.GetPartialMonitoringAlertReader Method (Guid, MonitoringAlertCriteria, ManagementPackClass, TraversalDepth, Nullable<DateTime>, MonitoringAlertProperty[])

Retrieves a PartialMonitoringAlertReader object for accessing the MonitoringAlert objects in the ManagementGroup. The returned MonitoringAlert objects are scoped to a specific PartialMonitoringObject object’s System.Guid object, the MonitoringAlertCriteria object, the ManagementPackClass object, the TraversalDepth object, the last changed DateTime object, and the MonitoringAlertProperty properties.

Parameters

• id
  Type: System.Guid

  The System.Guid instance id from the PartialMonitoringObject object to which the method is scoped.

• criteria
  Type: Microsoft.EnterpriseManagement.Monitoring.MonitoringAlertCriteria

  An optional MonitoringAlertCriteria object by which to scope the method. Otherwise, pass null.

• managementPackClass
  Type: Microsoft.EnterpriseManagement.Configuration.ManagementPackClass

  The ManagementPackClass object, and all its derived classes, by which to scope the method.

• traversalDepth
  Type: Microsoft.EnterpriseManagement.Common.TraversalDepth

  The TraversalDepth object the defines the traversal depth of the class instances to be retrieved. The OneLevel object scopes the method to just the instance of the given class. The Recursive object scopes the method to the instance of the given class and to all entities contained by instances of that class.

• lastModified
  Type: System.Nullable<DateTime>

  The alert’s last changed DateTime object to which this method is scoped.

• properties
  Type: Microsoft.EnterpriseManagement.Monitoring.MonitoringAlertProperty[]

  The MonitoringAlertProperty properties by which this method is to be scoped.

Return Value

Type: Microsoft.EnterpriseManagement.Monitoring.PartialMonitoringAlertReader

Returns a PartialMonitoringAlertReader object.
