アイテムから削除されたポリシーは、そのポリシーを継承している子アイテムからも削除されます。
ModelItemID 値は必須です。 モデル ルートからポリシーを削除することはできません。 モデル ルートに関連付けられたポリシーを削除しようとすると、エラー コード rsCannotDeleteRootPolicy の SOAP 例外が発生します。
