コンポーネントエラーが発生すると、DtsException クラスがこのクラスをインスタンス化します。

この型の public static (Visual Basic では Shared) のメンバーはすべて、スレッドセーフです。インスタンスメンバーの場合は、スレッドセーフであるとは限りません。
