注意 |
---|
SQL Distributed Management Objects (SQL-DMO) strings are returned as OLE BSTR objects. A C/C++ application obtains a reference to the string. The application must release the reference using SysFreeString. |
説明
An application written in C++ can use the information returned by the GetColumnSQLVARIANTDataType and GetColumnSQLVARIANTLength methods to allocate an appropriate amount of buffer space in which to manipulate the data retrieved from a sql_variantcolumn.
The application can then call GetColumnSQLVARIANT to return the contents of a sql_variant column as an array. The application can then cast the contents of the array into the required data type.
注意 |
---|
If an application calls GetColumnSQLVARIANTDataType on an instance of SQL Server version 7.0, the constant, SQLDMO_E_SQL80ONLY, and the message "This property or method requires Microsoft SQL Server 2000 or later" are returned. |
