Opens an SPTheme from a sptheme XML file

Parameters

• spthemeXml
  Type: Microsoft.SharePoint.SPFile

  The SPFile object for the sptheme XML file.

• readPublishedVersion
  Type: System.Boolean

  Whether to load the published version of the file or the most recent version (even if it is a draft).

Return value

Type: Microsoft.SharePoint.Utilities.SPTheme
An SPTheme object.
