Information Rights Management (IRM) was introduced in Microsoft Office 2003 to help end users protect their content from inappropriate access, use, and distribution. IRM can now be incorporated in Windows SharePoint Services 3.0. Key project documents can be controlled by using this feature. Please note, however, that IRM is not available for Microsoft Office Project Professional 2007 and Microsoft Office Project Standard 2007. For additional information about planning IRM, see Plan document libraries (Windows SharePoint Services).
