User Properties Dialog Box

This dialog box displays information stored in the user directory for the selected user. The information can be obtained from the Microsoft® Exchange 2000 Server directory or Microsoft® Windows® Active Directory user list, or the information can be entered manually.
If synchronization with Exchange Server is enabled, you cannot edit any user information, except to select a different Exchange Server mailbox for the user. In addition, the Choose Mailbox dialog box is available only from the server that contains the Workflow Services for SQL Server components. Make any updates to user information in the Exchange Server directory. Then, it will be replicated automatically into the workflow application User Directory. If synchronization with the Exchange Server is not enabled, you can enter and edit the user information manually.
Note If you add or edit any information manually and later enable synchronization, your changes are replaced with information from the Active Directory or Exchange Server when you synchronize.
Account name
Displays the user's Windows domain account.Full name
Displays the user's first and last name.First name
Displays the first name of the selected user.Last name
Displays the last name of the selected user.E-mail
Displays the e-mail address of the user.Exchange mailbox DN
Displays the distinguished name of the Exchange Server mailbox for the selected user. Distinguished names are identifiers that Exchange Server uses to specify mailboxes in a directory. You cannot edit the distinguished name if you are entering the information manually.If the user has more than one Exchange Server mailbox, you can change the mailbox by clicking
to display the Choose Mailbox dialog box and then selecting the mailbox you want to use for synchronization. The Choose Mailbox dialog box is available only on the server that contains the Workflow Services for SQL Server.
Note Only one mailbox per person can be synchronized. Therefore, you can have only one mailbox listed per user.
Telephone number
Displays the telephone number of the user.Company
Displays the name of the user's company.Department
Displays the department for which the user works.Manager
Displays the name of the selected user's manager.**Note **You can change the manager by clicking
to display the Choose Manager dialog box. To change the manager, you must have server administrator permissions.
