PROJ_OPT_WORK_ENTRY_FMT maps to the Work is entered in option on the Calendar tab of the Options dialog box in Project Professional.
The default value for new projects is determined by the enterprise global template. If there is no enterprise global template value, the default value is 5 (hours).
