Remarks
True if new tasks are effort-driven; otherwise, false. PROJ_OPT_NEW_TASKS_ARE_EFFORT_DRIVEN maps to the New tasks are effort driven option on the Schedule tab of the Options dialog box in Project Professional.
The default value for new projects is determined by the enterprise global template. If there is no enterprise global template value, the default value is true.
