Remarks
Read-only. Updated by the CheckOutProject method and the QueueCheckInProject method. PROJ_SESSION_DESCRIPTION is a null reference (Nothing in Visual Basic) if the project is not checked out or if CheckOutProject did not provide a session GUID.
