MailItem.BCC Property (Outlook)
Returns a String representing the display list of blind carbon copy (BCC) names for a MailItem. Read/write.

expression A variable that represents a MailItem object.
Remarks
This property contains the display names only. The Recipients collection should be used to modify the BCC recipients.
