_CalendarSharing.RestrictToWorkingHours Property
Returns or sets a Boolean (bool in C#) value that indicates whether calendar items that do not occur within working hours should be included in the iCalendar (.ics) file created by the ForwardAsICal or SaveAsICal methods of the CalendarSharing object. Read/write.

Remarks
True indicates that the calendar items that do not occur within working hours should be included.
This property must be set to False if the CalendarDetail property of the CalendarSharing object is set to olFreeBusyOnly or olFullDetails.
