Description Field, Item Table

Specifies a description of the item. You can enter a maximum of 30 characters, both numbers and letters.

This description is typically printed on orders and invoices. Enter it as you want it to appear.

You can set up alternative item descriptions, such as the name of the item in the customer's language, in the Item Translation window.
