The GetMaxBytes method retrieves the number of bytes that can be stored in the buffer.

Parameters
pcb
Address of a variable that receives the maximum number of bytes that the buffer can hold.
Return Values
If the method succeeds, the return value is S_OK.
If it fails, the method can return E_POINTER.
