The identifier of the Page Group to be deleted.
Exceptions

| ArgumentOutOfRangeException | The Page Group Id is less than zero. |
| NotAuthorizedException | The user is not authorized to perform the requested operation. |
| EntityDoesNotExistException | The Page Group does not exist. |
| EntityHasChildrenException | The Page Group has child entities (campaign items) that depend on it. |
| DatabaseIntegrityException | A serious integrity issue with the database exists. |
Remarks
Deletes a Page Group. The PageGroup class defines a set of pages on which a DisplayableCampaignItem can be displayed.
