Bing Local Business Search API では、ユーザーの場所に近い結果に指定されている優先順で、さまざまなカテゴリの地元企業エンティティを検索することができます。 このような検索を、localCircularView パラメーターと localMapView パラメーター と共に検索に含めることができます。

次の種類では、検索の主なカテゴリを定義します。 localCategories パラメーターに割り当てられているコンマ区切りリストを使用して、複数のカテゴリを指定することができます。

サブカテゴリは localCategories と同じ方法で渡されます。 サブカテゴリとはより固有なカテゴリのことです。 カテゴリ C とそのサブカテゴリ S のいずれかを同じコンマ区切りリストで指定した場合、C を単独で指定した場合と同じ結果が得られるという意味で、これらは下位となります。
