SimWriteMessage
The SimWriteMessage function writes an Short Message Service (SMS) message to a particular storage location.
Note Short Message Service (SMS) messages are always written to the first available storage location.
This function is part of the SIM Manager API set that enables access to information stored on the SIM card.

Points to an Short Message Service (SMS) message structure.
Return Values
HRESULTs are either S_OK for success, or one of the SIM_E error constants defined in the SIM Manager Error Constants table.
