The root ID, or null if the current instance has neither ParentId nor Id.

Remarks

The root ID is a substring from the Id or the ParentId) between '|' (or the beginning) and the first .. Filtering by root ID allows you to find all activities involved in operation processing. For more information, see ID Format.
