Provides names used by the Async Completion feature.

IAsyncCompletionUniversalSource	Represents an object that provides CompletionItems and other information relevant to the completion feature at a specific SnapshotPoint. This object provides CompletionItems without prior initialization. Only GetCompletionContextAsync(CompletionTrigger, SnapshotPoint, CancellationToken) will be called. Methods of base interface IAsyncCompletionSource may return default results.
IAsyncExpandingCompletionSource	Represents an object that provides CompletionItems and other information relevant to the completion feature at a specific SnapshotPoint. Additionally, this object has capability to provide additional CompletionItems in a reaction to user interacting with CompletionExpander. If this capability is not necessary, then it is sufficient to implement just IAsyncCompletionSource.
ICompletionPresenter	Represents a class that manages user interface for the completion feature. All methods are called on UI thread.
ICompletionPresenterProvider	Represents a class that produces instances of ICompletionPresenter
ISelectedItemProvider	Indicates that the object is capable of returning a CompletionItem which is currently or has been recently selected.
