フィールド

Always	2	パッケージが必ず再起動するように指定します。
IfExists	1	CheckpointFileName で指定したファイルが見つかった場合、パッケージが再起動するように指定します。
Never	0	パッケージが再起動しないように指定します。 これが既定値です。
