コレクションのRuleActionsこのプロパティは、この RuleConditions コレクションに関連付けられているルールでこのようなルール条件が定義されているかどうかに関係なく、常に SenderInAddressListRuleCondition オブジェクトを返します。 ルールがそのようなルール条件を定義して有効にしている場合は、EnabledTrue になります。
