セルに対して指定されたすべての検索条件が TRUE の場合にのみ、範囲内の各セルの個数を計算します。
引数のセルが空のセルの場合、 CountIfs はそれを 0 値として扱います。
You can use the wildcard characters, question mark (?) and asterisk (*), in criteria. ワイルドカード文字の疑問符は任意の 1 文字を表し、アスタリスクは任意の文字列を表します。 ワイルドカード文字ではなく、通常の文字として疑問符やアスタリスクを検索する場合は、その文字の前に、"~*" のように半角のティルダ (~) を付けます。
