マネージド Cassandra クラスターと関連するデータセンターを開始します。開始すると、予約済みデータディスクを使用して、このクラスターのホスト仮想マシンが起動します。これは、既に実行されているクラスターでは何も行いません。割り当て解除を使用してクラスターの割り当てを解除します。
