operations: IUserOperations

この拡張メソッドの操作グループ。

resourceGroupName: String

リソースグループの名前。

serviceName: String

API Management サービスの名前。

userId: String

ユーザー識別子。現在のAPI Management サービスインスタンスで一意である必要があります。

parameters: UserCreateParameters

パラメーターを作成または更新します。

notify: Nullable<Boolean>

ユーザーにEmail通知を送信します。

ifMatch: String

エンティティの ETag。エンティティを作成する場合は必須ではありませんが、エンティティを更新する場合は必須です。
