空きデータベースの月次空き制限が使い果たされた場合の動作を指定します。

AutoPause: 月の残りの期間の空き制限が使い果たされると、データベースは自動的に一時停止されます。

BillForUsage: データベースは空き制限を使い果たした時点で引き続きオンラインになり、超過分は課金されます。
