DGEMM performs one of the matrix-matrix operations C := alpha*op(A)op(B) + betaC where op(X) is one of op(X) = X or op(X) = X**T

The type of transpose applied to matrix A.
- TransB

The type of transpose applied to matrix B.

The scalar alpha.
The input allocation contains matrix A, supported elements type Element#F64
.
The input allocation contains matrix B, supported elements type Element#F64
.

The scalar beta.
The input allocation contains matrix C, supported elements type Element#F64
.
