Mark Merchant, Technology Solutions Professional, Microsoft Corporation

Mark Merchant is a Technology Solutions Professional working in the Bing Maps B2B sales team. He has been involved with Mapping and Spatial databases for over 8 years at Microsoft, and over 10 years throughout his career. Mark has a passion for software development, on both PC's and Mobile devices. Mark lives in New Hampshire and spends as much time as he can outside, away from the things of man.

During this developers’ dinner we will provide an overview of Bing Maps, including a brief history and an overview of the current state. We will also discuss developing mapping centric applications for Microsoft Windows Phone 7 (WP7) and the Bing Maps control for WP7.
