If you find yourself pasting unformatted HTML a lot then this one is for you!  Just go to Tools -> Options -> Text Editor -> HTML -> Miscellaneous and select "Format HTML on paste":

From now on your HTML will be formatted when you paste it according to the rules set up in Tools -> Options -> Text Editor -> HTML -> Formatting.
