Introducing the Visual Studio ALM Rangers – Vinicius Hana
This post is part of an ongoing series of Rangers introductions. SeeRanger Index (Who is Who?)for more details.
I'm Vinicius Hana, a consultant and trainer at Lambda3 (www.lambda3.com.br) with a strong passion for solving problems and helping people and organizations to excel.
What makes you “tick”?
Improvement! Being part of an effort to promote improvement is priceless to me, especially when it requires us to think outside the box. Sometimes it demands time, patience, willpower, knowledge, but it's all worth it. Helping someone one or a company also improves yourself, and it's extremely rewarding. And by improvement, I mean more value, more speed, more resilience, more effectiveness, less waste, among many other things.
Where you live?
I currently live in São Paulo, Brazil.
Why are you active in the Rangers program?
Because it's a catalyst for improvement. The community projects (guidance and tooling) are excellent and provide great ways to help people and organizations.
What is the best Rangers project you worked in and why?
So far I've only could help with translating the ALM Assessment Guidance, and it's great because it empowers people to better evaluate their status and opportunities for improvement.
