Microsoft Office OneNote 2003 is the new note taking program for desktop, laptop and tablet PCs.OneNote empowers you by providing the freedom and flexibility of paper notes with the efficiency of digital organisational tools.

  • This is a worldwide contest. However, the contestants must submit their entries in English (this makes the judging possible).
  • The target of the contest is developers, since they are the folks who can write the code to create more PowerToys.
  • The prizes are Toshiba M200s.
