Some good metrics from the TechNet Wiki Beta first week:

718 registered users, 136 contributors – this is a high contributor rate, as expected because the first folks using the wiki are MSFTies and MVPs
616 articles, 2257 revisions and 738 comments

One of the great joys of the wiki is how easy it is to include screenshots and videos:
