Update:

·         The fix to resolve the issue has been deployed to all SU's.
This issue has been verified post deployment. 

·         The cause of the issue has been identified to be with a
change in the Notification API, which was not reflected at the Consumer end who
refers this API 

·         Fix is applied to refer this change from the Consumer end

We understand that customers rely on VS Team Services as a critical service and apologize for any impact this incident caused.

The hotfix has been deployed and customers should now have no issues with the Purchasing system of Visual Studio Team Services. We should not see any issues with both VSTS Marketplace and Ibiza VSTS Extension (portal.azure.com) though we are still working on fixing the issue for the AUX portal (manage.windowsazure.com).

Customers are suggested to use portal.azure.com instead of manage.windowsazure.com for any Visual Studio Team Services purchases until the issue is fixed completely.

We are working to resolve this issue and apologize for any inconvenience.
