Update:

·         The fix to resolve the issue has been deployed to all SU's.
This issue has been verified post deployment. 

·         The cause of the issue has been identified to be with a
change in the Notification API, which was not reflected at the Consumer end who
refers this API 

·         Fix is applied to refer this change from the Consumer end

 

 

We understand that customers rely on VS Team Services as a critical service and apologize for any impact this incident caused.

We are actively investigating issues where a small subset of  users are getting intermittent errors while accessing build and release tab of Visual Studio Team services.

We are working to resolve this issue and apologize for any inconvenience.
